MLC Kavitha Condemns Congress Goons' Attack on BRS MLA Candidate Shakeel and Workers in Bodhan

In a strongly worded statement, MLC Kavitha expressed her outrage over the recent attack by alleged Congress party members on BRS MLA candidate Shakeel and BRS workers in Bodhan. The incident has sparked concerns about the increasing aggression in the political landscape as the election fervor intensifies.

The attack is seen by many as a desperate move by Congress supporters who might be fearing defeat in the upcoming elections.

MLC Kavitha called upon the police to take swift and stringent action against the perpetrators of the attack. She emphasized the need for a peaceful electoral process and denounced any form of violence against political candidates and their supporters.

Undeterred by the attack, Kavitha assured that empowered BRS activists would face such incidents bravely in the public sphere. The resilience of the BRS supporters, she believes, will send a strong message that such acts of violence will not deter them from participating in the democratic process.

MLC Kavitha urged that if such attacks continue, the people will express their disapproval of the Congress party through the ballot. She emphasized the importance of conducting elections in a fair and transparent manner, where citizens can freely exercise their right to vote without fear of intimidation or violence.

As the political atmosphere heats up, the focus now shifts to the authorities to ensure the safety and security of all candidates and their supporters. The incident serves as a reminder of the need for a peaceful and democratic election process, where differing political ideologies can coexist without resorting to violence.
